Here you see the back corner of the yard. Notice, it is "Weed Free." To the left of it is where the next picture taken is.

The stepping stones you see (leading back to the Lilac Bushes and a water spicket) are the result of another project that I just completed. I am going to plant some thyme inbetween the stones. Its nice and soft to step on and it gets lots of little purple flowers all over it.

This area is just outside the corner window of the kitchen. Its always shady back here so the ferns, ground cover, vines and Bleeding Hearts grow really well. By the middle of the summer this area will be completely covered with plants. It is SO pretty!

Another project. I also just finished the stepping stones and I plan to do the same thing with the thyme.

Just one more view. I call the Drooping Pine "Fred." He is my favorite tree in the yard. I love looking out the window of my kitchen and seeing him and all the little finches that live on his branches.

where do you live?? Can I just say I would hire you to come and help in my yard. I just don't know how to space things and my yard isn't that big. It is beautiful and I'm so jealous!! And way to go on the the great deal on the tramp!!!

Wow- what fun plants that like the shade We have a covered patio out the side of our house that is so boring-it totally needs more green friends.
