Here is Ben sitting in his new camping chair that Sam and Ethan gave him. Because Benny is a bigger guy, he needs a bigger, sturdier chair. Our other $10 don't quite do the job so I picked this baby up at Cabelas. It has a little cooler in the arm, a shade that you can put up and a fishing pole holder. The boys were SO excited to suprise him with it.

Happy "7th" Fathers Day Ben!
So.... here was the menu for the day. FYI, this is a big deal at our house on Mothers & Fathers Day! I spent a large portion of sat preping for sunday so I wouldn't bein the kitchen cooking and cleaning all day. Fathers Day was relaxing for all of us! So.....Breakfast- Mexican Breakfast Tacos. They were made with Chorizo Sausage over a bed of lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and ripe slices of avacado and lightly fried corn tortilla. Ben LOVED these and so did the rest of us! I also included fruit and Homemade Horchata that I prepared the night before so that it would be full of flavor and very cold. Lunch- The best football dip ever, more fruit and some veggies and a homemade strawberry water. Its not all sugary but very light and refreshing. We don't get out of church until 2:00 p.m. and by the time we get home and eat lunch, its almost time to have dinner. So... we usually have a lighter lunch. Not that this snack was light in calories but Ben said it was the best "football" dip he had ever had. Yes! Dinner- Ribs (Yum, Yum, Yum), Salad with Pears, apples, cashews and a special poppyseed dressing, homemade rolls and Pie for dessert. We (especially Ben) chowed today! He loves good food, I LOVE him and I love to bake, cook or grill whenever I get the chance.
